Mr. Valverde is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group.

Mr. Valverde graduated, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 2004 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a managing editor of the Journal of International Law.
