Ms. Cumings is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. Since joining Davis Polk in 2004, she has completed a rotation in the Derivatives Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Cumings received her LL.B., with honors, from Bond University, Australia, in 1996 and in 2004 received her J.D., cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School, Oregon, USA, where she was articles editor of the law review. She is admitted to the bar of New York, the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. She is conversant in Cantonese.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Cumings was an associate at McCullough Robertson Lawyers in Queensland, Australia.
