Mr. Cannon is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Cannon graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College in 1999 and in 2001 received his M.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. In 2007, he received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was a recipient of the Victor Brudney Prize and a semifinalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition. He is admitted to the bar of California and is proficient in French.
