Mr. Shroff is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Shroff graduated, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2000 and in 2001 received his M.Sc., with merit, from the London School of Economics. In 2004, he received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team. He is admitted to the bar of New York. Mr. Shroff is conversant in Gujurati and French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Shroff was an associate at Bryan Cave in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
