Mr. Chudd is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2002, he has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Chudd graduated from Cornell University in 1999 and in 2002 received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
