Ms. Crystal is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She was an associate at Davis Polk from 2002 to 2004 and rejoined the firm in 2005.

Ms. Crystal graduated, summa cum laude, from Harvard University in 1998 and in 2002 received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was an articles editor for the Yale Journal of International Law and editor of the Yale Law Journal. She attended the École Normale Supérieure (Ulm) from 1998 to 1999. Ms. Crystal clerked for the Honorable Robert W. Sweet, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 2004 to 2005. She is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Crystal is conversant in Spanish and fluent in French.
