Ms. Hoeben is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Hoeben received her Licentiate in Law, magna cum laude, from the University of Ghent in 1996. In 1997, she received her D.E.S.S., cum laude, from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. In 2000, she received her LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where, from 1999 to 2000, she was a Fulbright Fellow. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is a native speaker of Dutch and proficient in French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Hoeben was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore from 2000 to 2007.
