Mr. Miller is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Miller graduated, magna cum laude, from Duke University in 1998 and in 2006 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Duke University School of Law, where he was an articles editor of the Duke Law Journal. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
