Ms. Phillips is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Phillips graduated from Princeton University in 2000 and in 2004 received her M.P.H. from Yale School of Public Health. In 2007, she received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a member of the Yale Law Journal. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
