Mr. Yatter is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He was an associate at Davis Polk from 2001 to 2002 and rejoined the firm in 2003. He worked in the Menlo Park office from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Yatter graduated, with high honors and distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1998 and in 2001 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an articles editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He clerked for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, from 2002 to 2003. He is admitted to the bars of New York and California. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits, and several federal district courts in New York and California.
