Ms. Chen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Hong Kong office. Since joining Davis Polk in 2002, she has completed a rotation in the Credit Group, the Environmental Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Chen graduated from Shanghai International Studies University in 1993 and in 2002 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is a native speaker of Chinese.
