Ms. Ziurys is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. Since joining Davis Polk in 2003, she has completed rotations in the Capital Markets Group, the Credit Group, the Real Estate Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Ziurys graduated from Connecticut College in 1995 and in 2003 received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Carswell Scholar, executive articles editor of the law review and received the Professor Philip K. Yonge Memorial Prize. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
