Mr. Patton is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2004.

Mr. Patton graduated from University of Oregon in 2000 and in 2004 received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of California.
