Mr. Zweihorn is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Investment Management Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Zweihorn graduated, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Queens College of the City University of New York in 2004 and in 2007 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Cornell Law School, where he was an editor of the law review. He served as a foreign law clerk for the Honorable Asher D. Grunis, Supreme Court of Israel in 2007. Mr. Zweihorn is admitted to the bar of New York.
