Today our New York office is home to more than 80 percent of our lawyers and handles a significant portion of the work we do for our clients in the United States, as well as those around the world.
Our New York-based corporate lawyers work on the full spectrum of domestic and international transactions, often as part of an integrated team with colleagues from our other U.S. and overseas offices. Our Litigation, Tax and Trusts and Estates Departments are based predominantly in New York, though we also have litigators in Menlo Park and tax lawyers in London.
